New Delhi [India], August 3: BlueRose Publishers has announced the release of Wo Raatein Jab Main Soya Nahi – Meenal, a new Hindi memoir by Sagarkumar Ramniklal. Drawing from real-life experiences, the book explores themes of love, loss, resilience, family, and emotional healing through a deeply personal narrative. The release adds to the growing body of memoirs that examine human relationships and mental well-being with honesty and sensitivity.
At the centre of Wo Raatein Jab Main Soya Nahi – Meenal is an unexpected connection that began with a wrong-number phone call. What started as a chance conversation gradually evolved into a meaningful bond between two strangers. The story takes a tragic turn when the author, then pursuing his engineering studies, learns that Meenal had died by suicide after facing emotional distress and loneliness. Rather than dwelling on sensational details, the memoir focuses on the emotional aftermath of the event and the lasting impact it had on the author’s life.
Written in Hindi, the book combines autobiographical storytelling with thoughtful reflection. Through a straightforward and sincere narrative, Sagarkumar Ramniklal shares his personal journey of coping with grief, finding meaning in difficult experiences, and understanding the value of compassion. The memoir examines how a single encounter can shape perspectives, influence personal growth, and leave memories that endure for years.
Beyond its personal narrative, Wo Raatein Jab Main Soya Nahi – Meenal addresses themes that remain relevant today. The book encourages readers to reflect on emotional well-being, empathy, and the importance of supporting those who may be silently struggling. By sharing his own experiences, the author contributes to broader conversations surrounding mental health while emphasising hope, resilience, and the healing power of family and meaningful relationships.
The memoir is also a tribute to the people who have played a significant role in the author’s life. Dedicated to the memory of his late father, Shri Ramaniklal Ramgi, the book acknowledges the unwavering support of his mother, wife, elder brother, siblings, and extended family. Their encouragement and strength form an integral part of the story, highlighting the importance of family bonds during life’s most challenging moments.
One of the defining qualities of Wo Raatein Jab Main Soya Nahi – Meenal is its authenticity. Instead of fictionalising events, Sagarkumar Ramniklal presents his experiences with honesty and restraint, allowing readers to connect with the story through genuine emotions rather than dramatic embellishment. The memoir is likely to appeal to readers who appreciate autobiographical literature, reflective storytelling, and narratives rooted in real-life experiences.
The book also carries a heartfelt dedication to the people who have had the greatest influence on Sagarkumar Ramniklal’s life. It is dedicated to his beloved mother Smt. Kamlaben Hargi; his late father Shri Ramniklal Ramgi; his revered grandfather Shri Shri Ramgi Bhagwanji; his elder brothers Hemrajbhai Ramniklal and Chetan Bhagavan (Shantibhai); his younger brother Dipeshkumar Ramniklal; his elder sister Hiteshwari Vijay and her family; Dr. Abhaybhai Devidas; his bhabhi Smt. Kalpana Hemraj; his motherly aunt Fuiba Hansha Ramgi; Bhikhimaa Jivan Ji; his beloved wife Smt. Uma, daughter of late Shri Govinde Ji; and all his school and college friends. Through this dedication, the author expresses his gratitude to the family, mentors, and lifelong companions whose encouragement and support have shaped both his personal journey and the story shared in Wo Raatein Jab Main Soya Nahi – Meenal.
